How can I place an order?
Placing an order is quick and easy. Simply browse our online store, select the products you desire, and add them to your cart. Proceed to the checkout process, where you'll provide your shipping and payment details. Once your order is confirmed, we'll take care of the rest.
What payment methods do you accept?

How long will it take to recieve my order?
We know you’re buzzing to get your goodies! 🐝 All orders are packed with care in Sydney and usually ship within 1–2 business days. Delivery times vary depending on where you live, but most Little Bee & Me parcels arrive within 2–7 business days across Australia.
Can I track my order?
Absolutely! 🐝 Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link straight to your inbox. That way, you can follow your Little Bee & Me parcel as it makes its way from our hive to your doorstep. 💛

Do you take custom orders?
At the moment, we don’t offer custom orders. All of our products are lovingly designed to be practical, stylish, and ready to go, so you can shop knowing everything is made with the same care and quality.
How often do you have sales?
We love treating our hive! 🐝 You’ll usually find sales popping up two or three times a year. From time to time, we also share special discount codes with our email subscribers — so be sure to join the list and never miss a sweet deal. 💛✨

Where do you ship from?
All of our orders are packed with love and care right here in Sydney, Australia. 💛 That means your goodies start their journey from our hive to your doorstep nice and quickly! 🐝✨
How much does shipping cost?
For our Aussie hive 🐝, shipping is free on orders over $50. For our friends in New Zealand, shipping is free on orders over $65. Orders under these amounts will have a small delivery fee, which you’ll see at checkout. 💛✨
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship to Australia and New Zealand only. 💛 If you’re buzzing from elsewhere, buzz us an email at hello@littlebeeandme.com. 🐝
How long are the processing and shipping times?
We like to keep things speedy! 🐝 Orders are usually processed and on their way within 1–2 business days. From there, delivery times depend on where you live:
Australia: Most parcels arrive within 2–7 business days.
New Zealand: Allow 7–14 business days for delivery.
What is your return policy?
We want you to love your goodies as much as we do! 💛 If something’s not quite right, you can return your items within 30 days of purchase for a refund or exchange (items must be unused and in original condition). Simply email us at hello@littlebeeandme.com and we’ll help you with the next steps. 🐝✨

Product Information
Is your cotton organic?
Yes! All of our products are made with GOTS certified organic cotton. That means they’re gentle on delicate skin, kind to the planet, and made to the highest global standard. Soft, safe, and oh-so snuggly for your little bee. 🐝✨
How should I wash your products?
Cold machine wash. Lay flat to dry. Easy as that!
Can I iron your products?
No, we don’t recommend ironing our products. Just follow the care label and you’re good to go.
Can I build my own set of bibs?
Unfortunately, no. To keep costs as low as possible (and to give you the best value), our bibs are designed and sold in sets of four with the exception or our reversible teether bibs and Pom Pom bibs.
