At Little Bee & Me, we want you to love your purchase as much as we do. If something isn’t quite right, returning it is simple and stress free.

Returns window
We offer 30-day returns from the date you receive your order. Your item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging to be eligible.

How to request a return
Just email us at hello@littlebeeandme.com with your order details, and we’ll guide you through the next steps.

Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll process your refund back to your original payment method. You’ll hear from us as soon as it’s approved.

Shipping costs
Return shipping is at the customer’s expense unless the item is faulty or incorrect. 

Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or not quite right, please contact us straight away at hello@littlebeeandme.com (including photos ). We’ll fix things quickly.
